The E3 (E3) Community Foundation has released its applications for three scholarships that it will award to qualifying Hampton Roads students. This will be the fourth year—since its formation in 2013—that E3 will award scholarships. In addition, for the first time, this year’s award amount will increase from $750 to $1,000 per scholarship.
“We are proud and delighted to be able to offer scholarships to these deserving students,” said Rhonda Corprew, chair of the E3 Board. “Awarding scholarships is one way we fulfill our mission to educate our community.”
E3 will award the following scholarships:
- HBCU Scholarship – given to a qualifying student who has been accepted to and plans to attend a historically black college or university; and
